Henri Bolsius is the General Manager of Event Particulier. His team’s venue management guarantees successful events at various locations, where the company sometimes runs things on an exclusive basis and sometimes handles the marketing only. Event Particulier also offers its services at the premises of individuals and companies. Henri explains why he finds the Bar Modular concept so appealing.
Total solution
“We manage unique venues and we offer our customers a total solution,” Henri says. “At Le Domaine de Graux in Tournai, L’Opale Corner at the hippodrome of Le Touquet-Paris-Plage and the orangery of the Chantilly polo club. Or any other location. Wherever we go, we take care of everything. We tend to use different combinations of subcontractors, because we want to offer each customer a unique total solution.” Event Particulier operates in three different segments: corporate events such as product presentations and receptions, private events such as weddings and birthdays, and photo exhibitions.
Adapted to all situations
“Because we organise different types of events, it is very important to us to have a customisable, mobile and preferably tailor-made bar. We found the perfect partner in Bar Modular,” Henri adds. “We were persuaded by the quality of the standard range, but the products did not match our requirements entirely. So we sat down together and Bar Modular created an exquisite, customised product exactly to our specifications, adjusted in height and with castors for better mobility.”
“We use the bar in different constellations every week,” Henri says. “We can provide different colours and shapes. That is the flexibility we need for our wide range of events. Also, it takes no time at all to pack up the bar, move it to another location and set it up again.”
“I am very satisfied with Bar Modular’s approach and service,” Henri adds. “We had some alterations made to our bar after we received it. The Bar Modular engineers did them for us without any discussion or extra charge. We have been very satisfied with the service.”
