Thomas Lathouwers est l’inspirateur de ThirsT. Il s’agit d’un concept global qui vise \u00e0 offrir de meilleurs bars. Actuellement, on fait appel \u00e0 ThirsT principalement pour les r\u00e9ceptions et les f\u00eates d’entreprises, mais aussi pour les mariages et les garden-partys. Thomas a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 fid\u00e8le client de Bar Modular. Et il a ses raisons pour cela.<\/p>\n

Au-del\u00e0 de l’\u00e9tanchement de la soif<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Pendant ses \u00e9tudes, Thomas a travaill\u00e9 comme barman\u00a0; il a ensuite fait halte \u00e0 Paris et \u00e0 Madrid puis il s\u2019est rendu au Br\u00e9sil. Il y a travaill\u00e9 comme g\u00e9rant d\u2019h\u00f4tel et y a d\u00e9couvert les typiques bars \u00e0 cocktails br\u00e9siliens dans lesquels on sert des cocktails pr\u00eats en une minute. \u00ab\u00a0Quand je suis rentr\u00e9 en Belgique, cette sensation me manquait\u00a0\u00bb, se rappelle Thomas. \u00ab\u00a0C’est cette sensation, combin\u00e9e avec l\u2019art et la passion des cocktails que j’ai voulu recr\u00e9er ici \u00e0 travers ThirsT\u00a0\u00bb. Aujourd’hui, ThirsT va plus loin, avec notamment des bars \u00e0 th\u00e9 et \u00e0 caf\u00e9 et des bars \u00e0 vin et \u00e0 champagne. \u00ab Toujours dans l’optique d’offrir une exp\u00e9rience de qualit\u00e9, avec de meilleurs produits et du personnel form\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Pour tous les types d’\u00e9v\u00e9nements, nous construisons des bars modulaires et utilisons pour cela les composants de Bar Modular\u00a0\u00bb, confie Thomas. \u00ab\u00a0Nous songeons actuellement \u00e0 offrir aussi un service de traiteur. Nos bars ont donc d\u00e9j\u00e0 servi comme stands de restauration\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Lorsque nous avons commenc\u00e9, je recherchais un bon fournisseur. J’ai d\u00e9couvert sur internet l’existence d’un bon distributeur\u00a0tr\u00e8s proche\u00a0: Bar Modular, alors encore Toogpunt\u00a0\u00bb, dit Thomas. \u00ab\u00a0Le premier contact a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able. Vous avez affaire \u00e0 des sp\u00e9cialistes qui r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent \u00e0 vos besoins, qui montrent une grande flexibilit\u00e9 et qui traitent avec leurs clients de mani\u00e8re humaine. Ces choses sont pour moi tr\u00e8s importantes\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Bar Modular est un v\u00e9ritable pionnier dans le secteur des bars modulaires \u00bb, selon Thomas. \u00ab\u00a0Ils ont bien choisi leur nom. L\u2019avantage du modulaire est \u00e9vident\u00a0: les composants vous permettent d’aller dans toutes les directions. Mais ce n’est pas tout\u00a0: nous pouvons nous d\u00e9placer avec plusieurs m\u00e8tres de bar sans que cela n’occupe trop d\u2019espace\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons les composants de Bar Modular depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb, conclut Thomas. \u00ab\u00a0On peut dire qu’ils durent longtemps. Nous les utilisons de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s intensive\u00a0; c\u2019est pourquoi nous leur avons appliqu\u00e9 un nouveau rev\u00eatement de peinture en poudre. Mais ils sont toujours pr\u00eats \u00e0 luire sur nos \u00e9v\u00e9nements\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
